Dr. Jack Schrader was able to triangulate and make a cold recovery of the first specimen from this fall in 44 hours and 56 minutes, a remarkable first in
the United States for a meteorite hunter. The 381.1 gram specimen was found by Shauna Russell on 7.8.9, and is to date the largest intact specimen
recovered from this historic witnessed fall -- the first to be recovered in Arizona in 97 years (since the Holbrook event of 1912).
